Simple Baked Swai 
Went to my local grocery store the other day and there was this fish on sale that I have never seen before called swai.  Thought it looked similar to tilapia so thought I would give it a try.  I usually pan saute tilapia but thought I would try a simple light breading for the swai and I must say it turned out marvelous!  Very light and tasty!  Went great with some asparagus and a multigrain roll too!

This looks fabulous, I love fish and this looks like it could be served in a restaurant, very professional! and I'm sure tasty too!
Looks fantastic! I've never heard of swai...does it taste like tilapia?
