I have my settings on blogger set to upload all my cards at the biggest setting but they still seem small. Any suggestions on how to make them bigger?

Cute card and love the black trim....sorry can't help with the photos.
they look fine. sometimes bigger is NOT better. then you lose the margins. and blogger has a mind of its own so don't fret the small stuff (no pun intended)

What a fun and cheerful card!! Very, very cute!
when you upload, if you click the picture in the editor post, a blue linky thing should come up under the picture with small, medium, large, extra large for the size of the picture, hope this helps!?

Afraid I'm not a lot of help on dealing with photo sizes, I also find that certain shaped cards do not load to the same size as others. Bloogger remains a mystery to me adn a lot of us I think.
