Tasty Tuesday!

The recipe for this week is Rum Cake!! A big hit around the holidays! You can also adjust this recipe according to how much rum you like....around my house we add a bit more! :P

Thanks so much for the info on the question.
I have a ott light and I think maybe what I should try is not having the light so focused on the LO? I tried that I once to adjust it but not that well so I will try that better the next time.
I tried taking various pictures with flash on & off.
If I learn anything later I will let you know.
Its on my wish list to try to retake it again a few times and see if I can learn something? LOL!

My hubby's favorite cake is rum cake!! I've never made one though because we buy them at a FABULOUS bakery in Tulsa called Merrit's. Mike was excited when I told him that you'd posted a recipe for rum cake on your blog so I'll be trying it out soon! Thanks for sharing the recipe...hubby is happy about this one! LOL!

Oh YUMMO!!! When our family goes on a cruise, if we stop in Grand Cayman, I HAVE to go to the Tortuga Rum Factory! They have some delicious Rum Cakes! (And free samples of all things rum ;)
